A graduate of computer science at Brown University, Steven Prusky has since shifted to the financial sector and is currently practicing as a registered investment advisor. He serves as owner and president of two Pennsylvania-based companies: Windsor Securities, Inc. and MFIP, Inc. Outside of his business activities, Steven Prusky stays actively involved in charitable giving, with a keen interest in education. Mr. Prusky, for example, is involved with institutions such as the Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy.

The Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy (JBHA) is a pluralistic Jewish day school located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. It accepts students in grades six through 12 and prepares them for college through the use of a comprehensive and rigorous curriculum. While known for its academic excellence, it is also noted for infusing essential Jewish and American values into the curriculum. Moreover, the school offers extra-curricular activities to ensure that students receive a holistic education.

Led by Harrison Horowitz, the JBHA music program includes a wide array of musical opportunities that cater to the individual preferences of students. Vocal and instrumental music programs help students perform in different styles including Hebrew traditional, jazz, and classical. Students are also given the chance to attend elective courses such as music theory, songwriting, psychology of music, and vocal harmonization.

The music program, however, is not limited to the classroom. Participants of the program are provided avenues to share their talents via performances at school events, synagogues, and local sporting competitions.
